Ordering and Shipping Information

 

  1. How do I place an order?
    Browse our phone case collection and select your favorite style.
    Choose your device model and add it to your cart.
    Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details and payment info + a discount code if you have one.
  2. What are the shipping options?
    We offer standard shipping on all orders. Within the USA we also offer economy shipping. Depending on your location, express shipping may also be available at checkout for an additional fee. If it is available, it will automatically pop up as an option.
  3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    Orders are typically produced and shipped within 3–7 business days. Delivery times depend on your location. For more info on approximate shipping times, check this page: https://nuacase.com/policies/shipping-policy
  4. Do you ship internationally?
    Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note, international shipments may be subject to customs fees which vary by country. If no shipping option pops up when you enter your adress at checkout, it means we do not ship currently to your country.
  5. Can I track my order?
    Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package. Please check your spam folder.
  6. What if my order arrives damaged?
    If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll be happy to send a replacement at no cost.


Product Information

 

  1. What materials are your phone cases made from?
    These phone cases are made of PLA plant polymer with a bamboo binder, and are completely plastic-free and biodegradable
  2. Do you offer biodegradable or eco-friendly cases?
    This is the only option we sell! :)
  3. Will your cases protect my phone from drops?
    Yes! Our cases are designed to offer solid protection against everyday drops with an impact-absorbing design.
  4. What devices are supported?
    We offer cases for a wide range of Apple & Samsung phone models. Just select your device from the dropdown when ordering. If your device model isnt there, it means we currently dont have it in stock.
  5. Can I customize a phone case?
    We currently don’t offer design customization.
  6. Technology & Inks

    The main printer used is the IDT Systems - D10 Series machine. Thanks to its advanced technology, WOYC is able to deliver pristine-looking printing results and brilliant colors that satisfy your customers.

    Quality control

    Each WOYC product goes through a rigorous, multi-checkpoint Quality Control process. This ensures that all products are shipped in mint condition.

    Packaging control

    Sustainability is ingrained in WOYC's company’s ethics and to that end, your products ship in eco-friendly packaging that’s protective, minimalistic, and sustainably made. Each bag is water-resistant, recyclable, and 100% biodegradable; for purchases that feel good and do better for the environment.

Ordering and Payment

 

  1. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express,PayPal, Apple pay, Google pay, iDeal, Bankcontact, UnionPay and Maestro for secure checkout.
  2. Can I change or cancel my order?
    Because all cases are printed on demand, we begin processing orders almost immediately. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes and we'll do our best to help. It might not be possible so be sure to carefully decide.
  3. Do you offer discounts or promotional codes?
    Yes! We occasionally run special offers. Subscribe to our newsletter to get updates and exclusive discounts.
  4. How do I use a discount code?
    Enter your discount code in the designated field at checkout and the discount will apply automatically. 
  5. Can I request a case that’s not on the website?
    Not at this time, but we're always expanding our catalog. Feel free to suggest a model you'd like to see. You can always contact us with suggestions at support@nuacase.com


Returns and Exchanges

 

  1. What is your return policy?
    Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items, including unwanted gifts, change of mind, or incorrect selections.

    However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to make it right.
    Please contact us at support@nuacase.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the item and any packaging

    Once approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund, and cover return shipping if applicable.

    2. Can I exchange my item for a different model or design?
    Because our products are custom printed on demand, we unfortunately cannot offer exchanges for different models or designs. Please double-check your device type before placing your order.

    3. What if the item arrives broken or damaged?
    If the issue is our fault (e.g. damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will send you a new one free of charge.

    4.What is the refund processing time?

     

    1-3 days

  1. Do I need an account to place an order?
    Nope! You can check out as a guest. But creating an account gives you access to order history and tracking.
  2. How do I reset my password?
    Click “Forgot Password?” on the login page and follow the instructions in your email.

    Yes! Our strength is our eco friendly cases!
  2. What about your packaging?
    Sustainability is ingrained in WOYC's company’s ethics and to that end, your products ship in eco-friendly packaging that’s protective, minimalistic, and sustainably made. Each bag is water-resistant, recyclable, and 100% biodegradable; for purchases that feel good and do better for the environment.
  3. Do you offset shipping emissions?
    We're currently working on adding carbon offsetting at checkout via Shopify apps like Planet or EcoCart.
  4. Is print-on-demand sustainable?
    Yes! We only produce what is ordered, which means we avoid overproduction and unnecessary waste. It's a key part of our commitment to conscious production.
