Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real-world data from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only. 

Nuacase (Van den Broeck – Nielsen BV) ships worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, and many other countries.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes.
If shipping to your location is not available, this will be indicated at checkout by the absence of a selectable shipping method.

Processing

The processing time begins on the date you place your order. It usually takes up to eight business days to process your order. However, more significant purchases and freight shipments may require longer processing times. Once we've processed it, we can ship it.

Please note:

  • Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations. This is outside our control. Regular service resumes immediately after each holiday.
  • Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures, and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.
  • * Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Upon completing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive this. If you are still waiting for your order confirmation, please get in touch with us so we can provide your order number.

An email message will be sent to you once a shipping label has been created. With larger orders, you might receive multiple emails.

Note for taxes:

Our customers do not need to pay VAT(Valued Additional Tax).

Change your address.

We cannot change the delivery address once the order is in transit. If you need to change the place where your order will be delivered, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@nuacase.com. Please note that we usually process and dispatch orders within 1-2 days of placing them. So it m ight not be possible if you contact us too late after the order has been processed.

Backorders:

Should an item become unavailable after placing your order, we will notify you by email.

The temporarily out-of-stock portion of your order will be automatically canceled and refunded unless we hear from you within two business days.

Altho we make sure to update our stock availability live at all times, so that out of stock items cannot be purchased.

Cancellations

All our products are made to order and usually processing starts within a few hours. Please contact us right away if you want a cancellation. If the order hasnt been processed yet, we can cancel it. If it has processed, cancellation is not possible. Processing on average takes 1.5 days but might be fast.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nuacase.com with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos so we can make it right.

Unexpected Delays

The delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated here. Please get in touch with us if your package is taking TOO LONG (and outside of our advised nr of business days delivery time frame) to arrive, and we will help you resolve any situation we have control over! Parcel damaged in transit:

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and notify the courier immediately. Then contact our customer support at support@nuacase.com so we can assist you.

If the parcel was delivered without your presence and you discover damage afterward, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of the package and its contents.

Important:
We are only able to process shipping damage claims within 5 days of the delivery date. If your claim is eligible, we will arrange for a free replacement — no returns necessary.
