🚫 No Returns or Refunds for:

At Nuacase, each product is custom-made to order, which means we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason other than a defect or damage that occurred during production or shipping.

This includes:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect model or design selection

  • Unwanted gifts

  • Dislike of the product after receiving it

Please double-check your device type and order details before placing your order.


💥 What If My Item Arrives Damaged or Incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right by sending you a free replacement — no need to send anything back.

To qualify, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nuacase.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and the packaging

Once approved, we’ll ship you a brand new item at no cost.


🔁 No Returns Needed

We do not require you to return the defective or incorrect item. We trust our customers and aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.

Refund processing time: We do not offer refunds. In the case of a damaged or defective item, we send a replacement free of charge.
